Come enjoy a private cove on Rollins lake, paddles boards, kayaks, canoe, easy access to sandy beach and clear mountain stream.
Amazing hiking trails along a year round creek.
The LuvLake home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs, a private master suite with bathroom and jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake.
The downstairs is a one bedroom in-law unit with it's own kitchen, bath, and porch with separate entry.
4wD road to lake provides easy access to private cove
Perfect escape for the eco-conscious and nature lovers. Catch a fish at Rollins lake and then grill it on the porch overlooking the cove. Bird watching paradise, osprey, blue herons, eagles and many more. Fresh organic herbs grown on the back porch to enhance your culinary experience.
All the household products are non-toxic and all bed linens are organic cotton. Get the whole family together and enjoy each other and the outdoors.
There is a Roku television for your viewing pleasure. There are many games, books, and a toy chest for kids. There is a wood fireplace upstairs, and a gas fireplace on the lower level. Access to the main level of the home does not require stairs, so is elderly and disable friendly.
The road is paved all the way to our front door.
We are a 420 friendly space.
The house is nestled on 15 acres surrounded by wilderness on the edge of Rollins Lake. There is a road going to the lake that requires Awd or 4wd vehicle,or its a 2 min walk from the house.
There is another homeson the property, a cabin you will pass by upon your entrance. Please respect the privacy of our permanent residence. There is also a large yurt with a kitchen, that is available for rentals as well on Air BnB. (Enchanted yurt getaway is the name).
There is additional camping available for larger groups.
This place is the perfect place for retreats and gatherings.
By renting this home you have access to the lake, the boats, the children's swing set, a trampoline, and great hiking trails by a creek.
The owners are available to help when needed as well as another resident on the property.
We are located 30 minutes from Grass Valley & Nevada City.
There is a friendly dog that lives in the cabin that may come visit you at the lake. There is also a gate around the home for you to use for your own pets.
