It is unlawful to operate any boat beyond the safe carrying capacity of passengers or cargo.

The home as two bedroom on first floor, 1 full bath, living room with full size French Hyde Pull Out Bed In Front of The Fireplace and The futon couch in living room is broken to be able to make into a bed and table for using the board games and reading books, dining room with smart TV with Netflix and dinning room table that seats 6-8, full kitchen with 2 seated breakfast bar, the third bedroom on 2nd floor has also a futon couch for sleeping as well enjoying the views of the lake, huge front and back yard with large porch home.
