This room is off the kitchen/ dining area. It is large, with plenty of comfortable seating and one queen pull-out couch. The room has a wood-burning fireplace, 43-inch Samsung TV with Sonos speakers. The fireplace is available from November to February.
SUNROOM and SCREENED IN PATIO
Large with fantastic lake views, plenty of comfortable seating, two pub tables w/ chairs and one queen pull couch, and two love seats. The sunroom has a 65-inch Samsung TV with Sonos speakers, and the screened pa tio also has a TV.

Tall wet bar w/ bar stools, 40 inch TV, DVD player, board games, etc.

• Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin bunk beds to sleep four people w/ 32-inch TCL TV and DVD player.

• Sleeping Area 6: Queen size pull out couch in basement.

DOCK
Short walk to deep-water cove (no wake). Large single-slip covered dock with plenty of room to tie up your boat, use the Jet Ski platform or relax and enjoy the view. Comfortably seats for multiple people with a swing bench and chairs. Dock has a swim platform with a ladder. Dock is around the corner from the widest portion of the lake so you do not have to paddle too far or boat under a bridge for the main attractions.

New three seasons patio with multiple entertaining areas to enjoy while looking out at the water.
FIRE PIT / LOWER LEVEL PATIO
Teak table is a few steps away from the hammock, fire pit and chairs for late night conversations with s'mores!
PARKING
The front door is just a couple feet away and there is parking area available for five cars! Getting to the house is no problem w/ all paved roads leading to the gravel driveway.
AREA ATTRACTIONS
We are about 20 minutes away from downtown Hartwell with Reed Creek convenience store / gas station is 4 miles away. Downtown Hartwell has a Walmart, Ingles grocery store and many great restaurants. Located minutes from campgrounds, boat launches and Hartwell Marina for refueling. Boat rentals are available at Hartwell Marina, Harbor Light Marina (Lavonia) and via the Get My Boat app
