Waterfront relaxing getaway close to the city. Hot tub and two fishing Pier on Lake Tawakoni. World class fishing located only 30 minutes from Rockwall. 300 feet of waterfront access.

Sleeps 4, 1 king size bed and 1 full size bed. The space is best described as studio style (or hotel setup). There is a kitchenette space that does offer room to cook, small refrigerator/freezer, kuerig coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, grill, toaster, griddle, air fryer and all dishes and utensils(no oven). There are mixing bowls, serving platters, pots and pans, kitchen knifes and cutting board. We also provide salt and pepper, powder french vanilla creamer, sugar and coffee. There is a set of outdoor stairs to go up to the studio. The balcony at the top of the stairs offers a table and 4 chairs to enjoy outdoor seating.

The hot tub is located believe the balcony with privacy drapes and chairs. Enjoy a game of corn hole or sit by the fire. We also have axe throwing, 2 Kayaks, swimming and fishing. When arriving to the property you will have gated access. There is a 6 foot privacy fence around the entire front of the property. After booking check in instructions with gate codes and doors will be sent over the day before your arrival.

For spring, summer and fall jet skis, pontoons or ski boat are available for rent. Hosts do live on the same property. We do have 2 hot tubs located on this property. That being said the hot tub for this space is not shared. We enjoy sharing this beautiful lake with all of our guests. You may see us coming or going to and from work etc. We are here to help or assist if wanted as much or as little as you would like. We do have 2 dogs Molly (goldendoodle) and Max(poodle). They spend majority of their time indoors.
