Set on a private beach in the prestigious gated community of Cascade Properties -- an area known for its exceptionally calm and crystal-clear waters. Minutes to Emerald Bay, Fallen Leaf Lake, and Camp Richardson.
The inviting great room features huge windows with sweeping water views. Unwind in the sitting area, detailed with comfortable furniture, while a granite wood-burning fireplace sits at the heart of the room. The family room offers two sofas and one queen sleeper sofa set before a 60-inch TV. Whip up hearty meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and gather at the dining table before a wall of windows. Mix drinks at the wet bar set beside a bistro table.
The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, a 55-inch TV, and an en-suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and deck access. Enjoy a half bath and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are provided.
