Located only 90 minutes drive from Sydney, you'll feel like you've stepped into a whole new relaxation mode! Our gorgeous, fully equipped, family-friendly 5-bedroom home has amazing water views and everything you need.
With a boat ramp 500m down the road and multiple parksin the area you and your family will feel completely refreshed at the end of your stay. When it's time to get out and explore, both the Hunter Valley and Newcastle are 45 minutes away
The space
Welcome to our gorgeous home! You'll love relaxing here at Fishing Point - one of the great hidden gems of NSW!
Located only 90 minutes from Sydney, you'll feel like you've completely disconnected from hustle and connected to relaxation.
The house is a two-story, 5 bedroom masterpiece. The top level has 3 bedrooms and a huge dining, kitchen and living area.
For the bedrooms, the main room has a king bed, amazing water views, and its own ensuite. The ensuite has a bath, shower, toilet and washing area. The second room features two single beds, while the third room can either be an office or has a pull-out double couch (which is surprisingly comfortable). The smaller rooms have access to a full bathroom with shower, bath, washing area and toilet.
The dining, kitchen, and living area are vast. They all have an amazing view of the lake, which you can see in the photos. The dining room has a large table designed for 8 people, but we've comfortably had 10 people on it when friends visit. There are also several board games for when you want to get some quality family time in. The living area has a large TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, appliances and cutlery).
The downstairs has another two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry. One of the rooms is another main bedroom size (it's huge!) and has a king bed, along with water views. The other room has a queen. All the beds are super comfortable.
The downstairs bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing area, while the laundry is part of a huge rumpus area with a separate couch. When family visits, this area is often a lovely place for the older kids to play by themselves, or for couples to chill in the morning.
The house is situated on a huge 1200 sqm block. You are absolutely welcome to explore the backyard, and if there's fruit, pick some and eat it. All of this is at your own risk, and the back of the house is definitely a work in progress, so be sure to watch your footing and don't eat anything you haven't checked!

**Parking**
There is enough parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway. Do not park outside our neighbours houses.
**Respect the neighbourhood rule**
We have a strict no-parties policy and are great friends with all our neighbours. Any parties or inappropriate behaviour is something we take seriously. The house is equipped with noise monitoring inside and outside, and all the entrances have cameras monitoring them. Any reports of this behaviour will be immediately notified to AirBnB, and appropriate action will be taken.
** No Smoking **
There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property at any time, including out the front of the property. We have smoking and vaping detectors installed.

You are able to use the whole house except for 3 locked storage cupboards (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
