Elegant villa nestled in a picturesque landscape of green and lush nature with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Poets, just minutes from the Natural Park of the 5 Terre. Renovated in 2015, it offers a relaxing and quiet stay away from the street, even if the center can be reached quickly and easily, either by their own means or by public transport. The villa is equipped with above ground pool (available from 1 May to 30 September), sun terrace, gazebo, barbecue and pizza oven; the large Mediterranean garden, among the olive trees, allows you to spend time outdoors enjoying the wonderful view of the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps on the front of the house, bright and sunny for most of the day.
Inside the villa it is on two floors: the upper floor is accessed directly in the large living room with sofa, satellite TV (Hotbird) and terrestrial and spacious dining table. The kitchen, also equipped with a dining table and a dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (espresso and American) and battery of crockery, opens onto a terrace with sea view. There are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with ensuite bathroom). The hall bathroom is equipped with shower and Jacuzzi. Downstairs the large lounge includes a fitness corner, a pool table, a table for playing cards and a table for chess and gives access to an additional bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom has a shower, laundry with washing machine, drying and ironing. Taken together, the sofas and sofa beds in the house expand capacity to 9 beds.
