Positive: Convenient location with a nice walk along the canal to downtown. Quiet building, and the apartment was larger than expected. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. A good place just to sleep and for a short stay.
Negative: Check-in was a nightmare. Everything is done through a third party app, which seems odd. The lockbox wasn't in the location pictured, and when a kind stranger helped me find it there was no key in it. Ran into the previous person trying to return the key, and they let me know the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet. I'd requested an early check in on Booking that went unanswered, but the 3rd party app said check in was available after 9am. Definitely not the case by noon! When messaging for assistance, was told they were escalating it to a manager and then heard nothing more until after 5pm, and only after I'd messaged again around 3:30pm asking if the room was finally ready. While the apartment had been cleaned well, it still had a bit of a smell to it. What a mess.
