Guests love the home’s colorful Desert Modernism style, which originated post war right here in the Palm Dessert of California.
Features include original tongue and groove ceilings, contemporary barn doors in the main bedroom, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms and the living room with motorized window coverings. All new windows and doors in 2024! Interior updates include laminate wood floors, kitchen cabinetry with soft closing doors and drawers, granite countertops, new appliances including induction stove top. Both bedrooms have new mattresses, pillows & bedding, plus large double closets, and stylishly re-designed bathrooms.
The large west facing patio has been extended to enjoy the beauty of the sunny weather and views in comfort year-round. Accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom, with beautiful landscaping providing privacy. This rear patio enjoys golf course views of the 5th tee box, a soothing water feature, fire-table, and three seating areas. The front, gated, courtyard has a small turf area and new propane grill, surrounded by greenery for privacy. The community's large swimming pool is a short walk away, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, mountain and golf course views.
The energy efficient windows/doors and AC keeps the home cool in the sunny desert, controlled by a NEST WIFI thermostat. Enjoy endless hot water from a new tank-less water heater.
