The house includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a rec room, a living room, and a family room. There is a three-car garage as well as your own private pool.

Our warm Arizona family-sized 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2300 square foot home has an open floor plan in the living, family, rec room and kitchen that features vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows that overlook the park. The large, well-equipped, kitchen has granite counter tops. The kitchen and master bedroom has large windows overlooking the professionally landscaped backyard and pool. The backyard's western exposure allows you to enjoy the most hours of daylight and warms the master, kitchen and family room during the winter.
Recently furnished and decorated, this non-smoking home will comfortably sleep 7. (A total of 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children.) The three bedrooms all have newly purchased Sealy queen mattresses and box springs. The master bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, dresser, LCD flat panel TV, as well as a luxurious en suite which includes a full-sized tub, shower, sink and large walk-in closet. The beds in all three rooms have new luxurious linens and blankets for a good night’s rest. The second spacious bathroom includes a sink and a bathtub with shower.
The family room is equipped with a 50” LCD flat-panel TV which includes a Blueray player and can be viewed from the comfort of a brand-new leather couch and love seat. The fully equipped kitchen, overlooks the family room. The dining nook completes the family room/kitchen area and includes a brand-new large table that seats eight. The living room has two, brand-new leather couches. The rec room has a brand new sofa bed that can sleep one adult or two children. There is also a smart TV, table and chairs in the rec room.
The backyard oasis with mature trees, shrubbery and grass includes a self-cleaning pebble-tech, pool, patio chairs, covered patio area and a gas BBQ grill with side burner.
The home also includes a professionally installed security system. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. Parking is available in the three-car garage or on the driveway.
If you choose to keep in touch while enjoying this sunny Arizona getaway, you can take advantage of free Wi-Fi high-speed Internet (150 mbps download speed) on your laptop or smartphone.
The home is set in a quiet neighborhood. On the left side is a grassy park that is seldom used, behind is an elementary school, neighbors are on the right side and across the street.

Our home is a short 15-minute walk from the ball park for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians. Nearby you can find walking, hiking and biking trails. Area attractions include the Estrella Regional Park and major sporting venues such as NASCAR, Barrett-Jackson auto auction, Diamondbacks major-league baseball, Suns NBA basketball, Arizona Cardinals NFL football, Cactus-league baseball spring training, Phoenix Coyotes NHL hockey, and many world-class golf courses, including the Golf Club of Estrella which is just a few blocks away and has consistently been ranked as one of the top-ten in Arizona.

Summary: The owners were very responsive and assisting when we arrived. We were unhappy with the cleanliness of the "outside area" - their was food and the furniture seating/table area was 'dirty'. The delivery of expected 'cleaning' requirements after booking was a unwelcomed surprise - as well the 'refusal' to supply additional 'bathroom toiletries needs' was unacceptable - as well needed 'trash bags' - - requiring us to purchase said type items we felt was unacceptable. It is appreciated that 'guests' if they had ready access to "SUPPLIES" might misuse or abuse - then it seems acceptable to have an expectation that a LOCAL individual that you hire to CLEAN your home might also be REQUIRED to be contacted when these types of "NEEDS" arise to replenish them from your "in home SUPPLY" location. The POOL area was okay - we felt that LESS PLANTS and a bit more ample Seating around with Chairs and tables would have been preferred - and some of the supplied POOL Toys were 'torn' and so we ensured that these were NOT used by us in the POOL. In ALL the your Home was amply large enough for our group stay - and it was lovely to have a place to be and relax.
