Welcome to our 3 bedrooms large basement apartment located at prime location in Scarborough, Cliffside. It is 2.5 km walk away from Bluffers park, beach, marina and trail, enjoy sunny day at beach. Very close to public transit; TTC and GO station, shopping malls, downtown Toronto, restaurants, groceries and many more.
Distance to Toronto downtown- 15 minutes by GO train, 30 minutes by drive, and 40 minutes by TTC

The space
The unit is on the ground floor with an exclusive use of separate entrance. This oversized raised bungalow apartment has three bed rooms with comfortable furniture, which is ideal for long and short term stay with your family or friends for vacation or office tour.
The master bed room and second bedroom has cozy queen bed with dedicated work station. The third bedroom has single bed with small work station as well.
The Room has a large window with lots of sunshine and a nice view of our beautiful backyard and front yard. You will feel comfortable as if it is your home with this specious cozy apartment.
The place has central air-conditioning and heating.

All the essentials are provided for your family's worry free, comfort, and fun stay!
During your stay
We are living upstairs, open for any requests if you needed. My wife and myself visiting sometimes if we need to use laundry or storeroom.
Other things to note
The house is secured by Rogers home monitoring system, very quiet and secured neighborhood. We are living upstairs with two lovely young kids; you could have our access if anything needed during your stay. We love to host any guest, however, no party is allowed at our premises and after 11pm is quite time.
REMINDERS:
Please use the towels are for their intended purpose only. Please do not use the towels to wipe the floor or any other surfaces. Each badly stained bath towel will be charged for a replacement fee of $15.00 and each hand towel will be charged to $8.00
Please do not bring food and drinks to the beds. Each badly stained mattress protector and duvet cover will be charged for $50.00, and each bed sheet will be charged to $25.00, and each pillowcase will be charged to $8.00
