Four bedroom, two living rooms, 1 office (off of 4th bedroom) 3 1/2 baths, separate dining room, eat-in kitchen. Full glassed sun room with amazing views of cove. Lower level walk out to brick patio, pool and propane grill. Covered boat lift and dock available. Great for fishing. Home is within 2 miles of 3 beautiful golf courses, one of which is inside the gated community. Tennis courts available. 2 car garage equipped with 2 bicycles and 4 kayaks (upon request).
4 SMART TVs with high speed internet - There are fire sticks on each tv, but not cable service. Feel free to bring your own fire stick if you want to want on your own accounts.
Large master bedroom suite with king bed, double vanities, large closets, tub and shower. Large smart TV and amazing view out your large window.
Two beautiful downstairs bedrooms with queen beds and same beautiful view. Walk out on to patio and pool.
4th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one is two twins, one is double and twin.
