Located just off M22 with a large set back. The property has a beautiful front yard with gardens and a patio made from Lake Superior blue stone surrounding a large fire pit. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The boat launch for west bay is just 1/2 mile south on m22. The house has wood floors throughout. Location is everything and this property is only 15 min from downtown traverse city’s famous waterfront district. 5 min to Suttons bay village and 15 min from Leland. The home has had many renovation since 2020 we hope we can be a great home base for your visit to the leelanau peninsula.
