This large traditional house has about 4,000 sft and a 2-car garage. It is in an excellent location, 5.7 miles to Downtown, 7.4 miles to the airport, 15 miles to Graceland, and 5 minutes to Cooper-Young night life. U of M, CBU, Rhodes College, Pink Palace and the Zoo are minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house. Contact us for small bridal luncheon, birthday dinner, etc. Please do not book our home if you are simply in need of a party space.
The space
Our house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath with hardwood floors throughout the house. All bedrooms and a large sitting room are upstairs which is just as large as the downstairs living area. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a nook. Each of the other three bedrooms has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the large sitting room upstairs. All queen beds except one are brand new. All mattresses, bedding and bath towels are new.
Air mattresses and a charcoal grill are provided.
