Summary: This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. Meanwhile, the people who wanted to party all night could be in the party house having a great old time and not disturb those other folks at all. The party house is appropriately named and is just not as clean as the main house which is very nice. The party house has amazing facilities for playing games watching movies, and hanging out - it’s just not nice the same way the main house is and I think that is why some other people have left not such great reviews a few times. If you just focus on the fact that it’s pretty amazing that you have a whole separate house here that people can drink and be noisy while not bothering your guests who want to sleep in the main house I think you will understand why we really didn’t care at all that the party house was not as neat as the main one. Then we get to the pool. The pool is amazing. It would be nice if the overflow water in the grotto was a true hot tub, but there is one of those in the bathroom of the master bedroom if you really want that. The pool is huge and really fun with swim up bar area and for the daring a very high platform to jump into the deep end. The neighborhood is just so so but fine.
