Completed in 2021 the house is arranged over 4 floors and offers sea views and a westerly aspect, perfect for sunset entertaining. Marlen has something to suit all makeup of groups with large private balconies, multiple bathrooms and a games room to entertain all of the family.
Park your car on the private drive with room for up to 3 cars and enter the hallway with plenty of space to leave coats and shoes. To the left is the double garage which is set up as a games room. There’s table football and a table tennis table to keep the family happy with space to spare.
Head up carpeted stairs to the first floor with the first of four bedrooms. The first features a King Size bed and ample storage as well as an en suite bathroom with rain shower. The second bedroom is a twin with two singles. There’s also a family bathroom off the hall with bath and overhead shower attachment.
The second floor has a further two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Super King bed an en suite bathroom with rain shower. There’s also a private dressing room with lots of hanging space as well as separate makeup table. The second bedroom has bunk beds, ample storage and comfy bean bag.
This floor is also home to the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped with everything you need for your stay and features a large island with bar stools for socialising whilst cooking. There’s an extendable dining table as well as a three seater sofa for convivial evenings relaxing after a day on the beach. The room is incredibly light thanks to two bi fold doors leading out to the first balcony area with glass balustrades to make the most of the sea views to the South. Grab the binoculars to watch the passing ships!
Head up to the third floor to the loft style living room and relish in the elevated position of the property. This is a room for the whole family to relax in and admire the vistas, watch movies or play the provided board games. There's comfy seating positioned around the room for everyone to watch the 65” Smart TV or enjoy the views. The focal point of the whole room is the west facing balcony complete with outdoor sofas – perfect for reading or admiring the view. For winter stays there’s a flame effect electric fire to really make the room cosy. Handily there’s also an office desk and chair for those needing to work whilst away as well as a separate WC.
To the rear of the property are two terraces. The largest upper terrace has outdoor furniture for up to 9 guests as well as a Gas BBQ.
Need to know...
The house is well suited to multi-generational groups, but with the accommodation laid out over four floors, the house is not suitable for those with impaired mobility
Children of all ages are welcome at the property but we only provide 1 travel cot and high chair. Please note, however, that stairgates are not fitted at the property and are not to be used by guests at the house.
Towels are not for beach use.
There’s a wash down area to rinse off gear after a day on the Beach.

For those wishing to drive and explore, Seaton beach, with its lifeguard station in summer months, is a 5 minute drive. Looe is 20 minutes away, the fishing village of Polperro and Fowey slightly further, whilst Cornwall's top attraction at the Eden Project is a 45 minute drive. There's also golf courses nearby at Whitsand Bay and Looe.
