The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area decorated with modern furniture, comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On this level, there is also a guest WC.
The upper floor features 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers a double bed, ensuite shower and unobstructed sea view, while the second bedroom that also offers unobstructed sea views offers two single beds. The third bedroom features a single bed with a pull-out bed. If you require the pull-out bed to be made, please request so before arrival.
The spacious covered veranda equipped with a dining table for 6 people extends into the lawn-covered garden that leads you almost to the seashore and is equipped with modern sunbeds and BBQ.

Larnaca Airport is about 7 minutes' drive and Limassol about 35 minutes. Along the coast there are various beaches that you can explore, Kiti Beach is just on the front of your garden, Faros and Coconut Beach is about 800m from the villa, Kite Surfers Beach is about 7km away, Secret Paradise and Aldiana Beach Hotel are bout 5.5km. Further west, about 15min drive is Zygi Marina and fishing harbor with beautiful restaurants and pubs. The center of Pervolia Village with numerous traditional taverns, cafes and mini markets is about 1km inland. The cosmopolitan Mackenzie Beach is about 10 minutes’ drive away and the center of Larnaca about 15 minutes.
