Entrance door leads into hallway with views to a private garden. To the right you will find a double bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m) , built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window opening out to front garden. There is acomplete shower room next to this bedroom and corridor will lead into main sitting area.
To the left of hallway we find the fully equipped separate kitchen with arch leading into dining room area and lounge.
Top floor
Internal staircase leads up to first floor where you will find 2 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Kitchen
The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, hot water boiler, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, otaster, hand blender and all kitchenware and utensils. You can access the dining area from the kitchen and from the lounge.

The main sitting area has air conditioning, sofa and armchairs and has has access to outside terrace.
