3 Bedroom House in Terrats
During our vacation period we rent our house. It is therefore equipped with all the elements necessary for your comfort and close to superb tourist destinations or not ... Located near the center of the village with its restaurant and bakery, it consists of 3 levels:
1 / Garage
2 / living room / kitchen / garden
3 / sleeping area.
In the garage, you can park your vehicle, 2 or 4 wheels. You will also find the washing machine and dryer. A weight bench and an exercise bike.
In a large 45 m² living room, you can take advantage of equipment to watch and watch your favorite films on an LED screen, stroll on your tablet thanks to WiFi, and surf the internet on the living room screen. For gamers, we also have a PS3 and a Wii.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, vitro hob, toaster, fridge, freezer, coffee machine ... as well as a table where you can gather for 8 people.
In August you will appreciate the 34m2 wooden terrace as well as the swimming pool (private only for you) which will allow you to cool off, or prepare good grills on the "plancha", and eat outside.
In the sleeping area there is the bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms with, for one a double bed in 160x200, another in 140x190 and the last, a convertible sofa.
All rooms are air conditioned.
You will be ½ hour drive from the Catalan beaches, Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure, Canet beach, but also 1/2 hour from Spain, 20 minutes from perpignan, 3/4 hour from Canigou and its hikes, 1 hour from the African reserve of Sigean, 1h30 from Andorra, 1h30 from the city of Carcassonne ... In short ... only beautiful things to discover.
