Lacey’s by the Lakeshore. Come enjoy this wonderful 2BR, 2BA waterfront condo that’s been completely updated with a shabby chic yet cabin feel with all the comforts of home. You will feel all the luxuries of an upscale stay while enjoying Lake Martin’s 44,000 acres of water. Enjoy the thick luxurious towels to dry off with after a long day on the lake or golfing, fine linens to sleep on to help you rest up for the next fun filled day and a jetted tub in the guest bath for relaxing and soaking tired muscles.
Watch the AUsome sunset views on either the master bedroom balcony or the living room balcony. All year it’s nice to enjoy the patios while enjoying your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at the end of the day. Enjoy God’s beautiful nature watching the turtles swimming in front of the pier in the mornings, geese flying both east and west each morning and evening along with a family of ducks that come to visit and recently a family of 4-5 turtles have been coming to edge of the shore in the mornings to eat. Bring some bread to feed the ducks and turtles! Grilling is provided in the common areas. There are brand new charcoal grills provided in the common area and a gas grills the common area decks along with a fire pit to keep warm on those cooler nights.
All new bedding! The Master bedroom boast of a luxurious plush mattress and bedding with a large garden tub/shower combo (unfortunately the jets do not work in this tub only in the guest bathroom) and double sinks in the bathroom with the 2nd patio off master bedroom. Guest bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds with super comfy mattress and fluffy comforters along with large guest bathroom with jetted tubs. There are also two twin blow up mattresses and linens for extra beds. There is an extra mirror in the master bedroom and in two in guest bedroom that each have a shelf which is great for a girl’s weekend for putting on make up, etc. and getting ready for night out. There are also blow dryers and make up mirrors provided in both bathroom drawers. The bar in the kitchen works as a great vanity to use make up mirrors to put on make up if extra girls staying. :)
After a fun day on the lake enjoy relaxing watching your favorite TV shows on either the main 65” flat screen TV in the den or the 55” in Master Bedroom and a 55" in Guest Bedroom. Sofa has 2 end recliners, loveseat glider with 2 recliners and drink holders along with a single glider recliner all while enjoying either the great view of the lake and sunset or your favorite TV shows at the same time! Several DVD movies provided available to watch as well. Yes there are chick flicks as well as action/drama shows. There are even a few videos for the kids but better bring extra for you so you can relax more. There is a full array of books which include John Grisham, Fern Michaels, Mary Higgins Clark and Nora Roberts as well as others to enjoy on the patio or den while enjoying the fabulous lake view.
For that computer geek or workaholic there is a desk cabinet that will charge 3 phones or devices using a usb cord and an addition 2 devices plugged in. And yes there is even a fax, scanner, copier for your convenience. Wait… are supposed to be relaxing. Put that work away!!
All the cooking utensils you need to whip up a gourmet meal and plenty of serving pieces to entertain or better yet…you’re on vacation so relax since there are several restaurants just minutes away if you’d rather not cook. You’ve got Copper’s Grill right in the Stillwater’s premises. Just a quick 10 minute drive away on Hwy. 49 you’ve got several restaurants including Oskar’s, Niffer’s, and Chuck’s or Lakeside Pizza or the new Table 34 restaurant on Hwy. 34. Poplar Dawgs is a great place for a steak where you can take you're own wine. At the corner of Hwy 50 & 49 is a convenience store that sells frozen snapper and grouper! During the summer there is a food truck beside Lakeside Mercantile that sells cooked fresh shrimp and crawfish too! Although menus may change depending on the season, they are provided for your review in the desk. Also the Lakeside Mercantile store on Hwy 34 has several frozen meals and desserts for easy convenience to pick up and take home to bake. If you like entertaining…there are enough seats at the table for 8 with 2 additional seats at the bar and of course you can use the cocktail table in the den for a few more along with 2 TV trays. There are plenty of matching full place setting of dishes, silver and glassware with additional 10 plus extra. Invite your new friends to join you for dinner. If you prefer Al Fresco dining there is seating on the patio’s as well!
You have use of our private boat slip if you bring your own boat. No worries if you don’t own one, you can rent one close by at several marinas. Harbor Point Marina is just a mile away within the StillWaters resort and they rent by the day or week as well as Lakeside Marina which is just a mile outside front gate. There are 3 kayaks (Blue, Orange and Yellow) in a boat slip to use to kayak around the slough and out to point. The paddles and life jackets are in guest bedroom closet. Great exercise and quiet time!
