This luxurious apartment is ideal for family or professional oriented trips since it is located in a residential and quiet neighbourhood of Antibes. This luxurious residency is secured and closed to everything. This residence has also a giant park where you will be able to enjoy walks and also gives you access to a pool !
The apartment is composed of :
- Spacious entrance hall
- Bedroom 1 : 2 simple beds (prepared as a double bed upon arrival unless you ask for then to be prepared as 2 simple beds), a table and its chair, cupboard, large window looking over a garden.
- Bathroom 1 : attached to the bedroom 1, bathtub, basin.
- Independent toilets with its basin, accessible from the hallway
- Bedroom 2 : 2 simple beds (prepared as a double bed upon arrival unless you ask for then to be prepared as 2 simple beds), access to the terrasse, sea and mountain view.
- Bathroom 2 : attached to bedroom 2, walk-in shower, basin, window.
- Independent and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, stoves, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer)
- Living room with a couch and coffee table area and a dining room area with a table for 6 people. The living room has two wide bay window giving access to the terrasse of 50 m2 looking over the sea.
The accomodation as AC, WIFI and an access to the parking lot of the residence.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
## Interaction
I am available by phone and WhatsApp and come over me if needed throughout your stay. I will wait for you in front of the entrance of the residence to welcome you and give you one set of keys upon your arrival. Note that arrivals are no later than 7 PM. After 7PM, additional fee will be applied or a self check in option can be made.
## Neighbourhood
The apartment is located on the chemin du Puy in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes.
In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. For instance, you will be able to go to the baker and butcher around the corner. Shops, beaches and train station in walking distance of a few minutes !
This location is ideal because close to the old Antibes between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost.
## Transit
The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment (700 meters away).
## Notes
In order to take full advantage of these small pedestrian streets, I recommend you park at our parking spot located inside of the building and then walk around to discover this wonderful historical city of Antibes.
Bed linens and shower towels are included in the rental price. Upon arrival, beds will be prepared as 2 double beds. If you wish for them to be prepared as two single beds, please message us before check in.
One set of bed linens will be given per bed upon arrival. One medium size shower towel will also be given per person upon arrival. One sample of soap per person will be offered at check in as well.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
The pool is located in the parc of the residence. It is opened all year long and is not heated.
It is opened from 8AM to 10 PM.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
