- A shared garden of around 1,000 m² with barbecue and garden furniture

The studio is ideally located in Grospierres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only, cat or dog). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed in the shared swimming pool area.
- In order to preserve the quality of the outdoor areas for everyone, we would be grateful if you would systematically pick up after your pet during your stay.
- To ensure everyone's safety, especially children's, the gate to the shared pool area must be kept closed after each use.
- A barbecue is available in the communal areas. Please clean it carefully after each use so that everyone can enjoy it in the best possible conditions.
- As the outside areas are shared, please ensure that everyone is comfortable and quiet. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume, but is not permitted around the shared swimming pool.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices are indicative and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be applied.
