Mas for rent in the countryside, in Provence, in the upper Vaucluse.
Ideally located only 5 minutes by car from the village for your basic shopping (groceries), restaurants....
We are in a wine tourism village, home to beautiful estates with the AOC Côtes-du-Rhône appellation. But also, hikes or bike rides for the most sporty (Le Mont-Ventoux, for the most courageous).
Ideal holiday home for a stay with family or friends. With a capacity for 11 people. 5 bedrooms-3 bathrooms.
Ideally located next to the 4* hotel "Châteaux de Massillan".
Mas restored with charm and comfort on a park of 4500m ², surrounded by vineyards and countryside not overlooked. The garden is delimited by very large poplars. A beautiful flat garden to let the children roam.
The 17m*5.90 swimming pool, heated, secured by a roller shutter electric water line at 1.70m located at the edge of the covered terrace, an invitation to swim.
Two terraces at your disposal. A covered terrace equipped with a plancha and a table for the meal, near the swimming pool. Another, smaller one, at the entrance of the living room, including a table and a parasol.
The Mas opens on the ground floor, on an entrance hall. To his right, a fully renovated equipped kitchen during the winter of 2013 as well as a laundry room (washing machine, mini-fridge). On the left of the hall, a living/dining room. A guest toilet, a bathroom.
On the first level: 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms
A first bedroom (bed140cm) Sea rush on the ground.
A tadelakt shower room and a separate toilet.
A second spacious bedroom (2 beds in 90 approached, one bed 180cm), with cupboard and library and many board games.
A third room just as spacious under the rampant (with 2 beds in 80 approached, i.e. a bed in 160cm) with its own bathroom.
On the 2nd level: 2 communicating bedrooms. The first one has 2 beds in 90cm approachable is a bed in 180cm and a TV. The communicating room is equipped with 3 90 cm beds and a baby bed (wooden)
Household equipment: large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, blender, and small electric robot. Filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and teapot, dishwasher and washing machine. Extend outdoors.
Multimedia equipment: Fixed Hifi system in the living room, and Bluetooth mobile speaker. Wifi access (box on the 1st floor) with television (which is in the room on the 2nd floor). No TV in the living room.
Outdoor equipment: Hard barbecue, gas grill, 2 wooden tables, 5 Chilean chairs, sun loungers, armchairs and coffee table for aperitifs. Petanque court, table tennis table. 1 parasol.
A1O min d'Orange perfect location for a rental during the Chorégies d'Orange. 15 mn from Vaison-la-Romaine, its ancient theatre, its old town.
Mas labelled 3 stars by Gîtes de France.

Summary: L'espace disponible et la disposition des pièces dans la mas, la terrasse couverte, le BBQ, la grande piscine, le jardin, le calme et l'isolement, la région... et le fait que l'on a eu l'impression d'arriver chez nous! Tout est très fonctionnel sans "frioritures", ce qui est bonus avec des enfants en bas ages! Dans le paragraphes "Que pourrons-nous améliorer"... je rajouterai que les cordes à linge dans la cour derrière la cuisine sont à remplacer... le plastique est "mort" et crée des tâches sur les vêtements! A part toutes ces petites choses, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! La maison n'était pas super propre à notre arrivée par example, la terrasse (envahie de déjections d'animaux) et le BBQ était vraiment sale! Il y a aussi un soucis avec la peinture blanche des grosses poutres apparentes dans les plafonds... la peinture caille de partout! Nous n'avons pas trouvé de mode d'emploi de la la machine à laver la vaisselle qui n'est pas vraiment neuve et donc un peu capricieuse. Trop peu de vaisselle spécialement au niveau des tasses à thé et à café! Pas assez de tapis de douche disponible et il manque des attaches au mur pour tenir les pommeaux de douche au rez et à l'étage. La toilette au rez coulait. Quelques ampoules à remplacer ici et là. Les enfants et adultes qui ont occupé les 2 chambres dans le toit ont eu très très chaud malgré l'utilisation des ventilateurs. Le wifi n'est pas très performant! Concernant la piscine, vers la fin du séjour, le pisciniste a finalement désengager le chauffage qui n'avait pas lieu d'être à cette époque de l'année... l'eau étant vraiment trop chaude. De plus, il serait bon de désactiver les pompes de la piscine la nuit pour améliorer le comfort général. On aurait aimé voir le pisciniste (2 x par semaine min) et le jardinier aussi plus souvent! Toujours concernant la piscine, nous n'avons pas trouvé l'interrupteur pour allumer les spots immergés. Autour de la piscine, il y a des attaches qui sortent du sol... Et la moitié des chaises longues étaient pratiquement hors d'usage!
