Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms in the main house and a guest house with an additional bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living space, Lemon Tree is the perfect island retreat with quick access (12 minutes) to the beach and a short 2-minute drive to numerous restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The outdoor spaces of the backyard and pool area are where guests will gravitate to year round! The private pool area has a large pool with plenty of lounging and seating options. The backyard area features a large flagstone patio with an amazing fire pit area with adirondack chair seats surrounding.
The main living level features a chef's style kitchen with updated high end stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, wet bar and a fully stocked kitchen for guests to enjoy preparing meals during their stay. The open-concept floorplan features a large and airy dining space with seating for 8 as well as an additional dining room with comfortable seating for four additional guests. The living room is the perfect space to relax and unwind as a group watching a movie or the game on the large HD Smart TV.
The primary suite is located on the main living level and features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a large walk-in closet. Two large guest bedrooms are located on the second level, both bedrooms offering two queen size beds and a jack-n-jill bathroom between the two bedrooms.
Through a breezeway from the main house, guests will find the guest house that offers full accommodations of a king-size bed in bedroom, a large living space with an HD TV and a kitchenette.
