Positive: The property looked gorgeous from outside, set within a beautiful garden. The rooftop views are completely breathtaking and the hot-tub was a lovely addition. Inside the place was welcoming and the bedrooms well decorated.The property is situated in the heart of Sidi Bou Said, which is a beautiful town.
Negative: On arrival there was a smell of drains which we later discovered was a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain and when we went to empty the bin, realised that water had been leaking into it the entire time. More annoying were the two broken toilet seats that you couldn’t sit on. In my opinion, toilet seats are an easy fix and a bit unforgivable. These two issues really let the place down.
Summary: Charming home in need of some TLC, which would make it a stunning home!
