Enjoy the sounds of the Upper Puna Hawaiian forest and the cool climate at 3000’ elevation. The native apanane and other Hawaiian birds are about the only things you'll hear at this quiet cottage retreat nestled in the rain forest near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
The cottage features 2 large bedrooms both with king beds, a large bathroom with a custom walk-in shower, a spacious, well-appointed kitchen, formal dining for 6, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. There are skylights and big picture windows throughout the home for lots of natural light and views of the hapuu fern and ohia forest outside.
