Our Lil Bit O Texas and Cozy Creekside Retreat sits on a 1 acre waterfront, park-like setting. Imagine bringing the entire family on vacation where the parents and kids can have the main house and grandma and grandpa at the guest unit to themselves! You and your family will enjoy water activities in the creek with access to the Brazos River, Lake Granbury and beautiful sunsets from the backyard creek side pergola & firepit. 4 kayaks are included during your stay. We are 10-15 minutes from Granbury Square yet still in the country.
The space
Main house has 4 bedrooms that sleeps 11 and guest unit that sleeps 3.
Both kitchens have a well stocked coffee bar. The main house has a dining table that can expand to seat more than 8. . Each rental comes with BBQ Grill, a patio, a fire pit (firewood included) and an outdoor dining area..
The patio is also lighted for evening activities and entertainment with multiple seating areas to accommodate any activity. The spacious yard has enough room for all to spread out and enjoy! Croquet and corn hole sets are provided.
Your travel to our property will bring you passed several ranches with longhorns, horses, goats and cattle. As the home is located along Long Creek and away from the city life, country living brings many different species of Texas wildlife: white tail deer, turtles, herons, foxes, raccoons, skunks, boars, snakes and the occasional turkey. Please be aware of your surroundings.

No pets are allowed a $150 cleaning fee if violated.

Kayaks and outdoor games are stored in the garage. Use is at your own risk, please use the life jackets and buddy system.
