Positive: This is our second time staying at Lillypilly's. We love the location, the view of the valley and lake. It's nice to sit in the spa and look out over the valley or you can lay on the day bed on the veranda and soak in the sun. Such a relaxing way to re-energise. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. They provide homemade scones on arrival and the optional breakfasts in the mornings brought to your room are generous servings and delicious. The little kitchenette has tea & a coffee pod machine. We enjoyed sitting in the lagoon style pool on the property under the rainforest setting. It is immaculately maintained. There were butterflies and dragon flies everywhere which was a beautiful experience. There is a day spa available which we used last time we stayed and do recommend as well. You are only 10 to 15 minutes' drive to the townships of Montville or Maleny for boutique shopping and some really nice restaurants nearby.
Negative: We had a bit of trouble with streaming on the television - it took a long time to load, and it cut out a lot, but they do offer a vast range of DVD's which are available in the reception area for free if you want to watch movies. The shower is a bit outdated and worn but it's clean and functional.
Summary: A very relaxing stay in a cozy cottage with spa and beautiful valley views to re-energise.
