We're lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnbs) all over the world, and know just what guests are looking for.
This professionally designed home is the perfect blend of a rustic-modern design that incorporates organic features to bring you a timeless natural feel.

This vacation rental is fully furnished with a projector, Outdoor Smart TV and Free high speed WiFi . Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, coffee pot, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs', and more.
Kitchen:
Dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. Some cooking supplies aren't guaranteed to be supplied such as oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you'll need to replenish additional supplies.
Location:
We are about 1 mile to the town-center of Idyllwild. We are located on a paved road which is one of the first to be plowed in the winter time.
Walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants, and park/mountain trails right around the corner.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and outdoor towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Guests have access to the entire house, patio, and outdoor space.
The house is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the unit through your entire stay.
The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
We give space to our guests, but if there is an emergency our caretaker Katie can help!
Idyllwild is a melting pot of different culture's, histories, and people. It's a place where the stone markings can still be seen from the settling Native tribes, Hollywood stars retreat from the busy city-life, hippies venture up to hug trees, and vintage collectors come to show off their cars. This town truly has something for everyone!
You can park 2 cars in the driveway areas, and 1 car on the street. We do recommend carpooling the best you can!
Katie, our caretaker, lives in a detached guest house. She may be working around the property during your stay. Feel free to say hi! You can reach out to her for any questions you have as well. She's basically a walking encyclopedia for all things Idyllwild! We have an Airstream in the backyard, but there are no shared spaces between the Airstream and the Cottage.
WELCOME! Let’s start with a few basics:
How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink minutes away from your unit. That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other neighbors.
2. No smoking (of any kind) ya feel me?
3. Pets are allowed in this rental unit for a $95 additional fee. Unauthorized pets brought to the unit will result in a $150 fee. Please keep pets off of the furniture.
4. Guests MUST shower off before entering the jacuzzi...we have an outdoor shower just for this purpose! No lotions, self-tanners, oils, dirt, or debris. There is an additional charge if we need to drain the jacuzzi after your checkout.
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to the Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits we must follow. Help us follow the rules!
7. We’re here to help. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!
8. EXCESSIVE NOISE. We're is committed to respecting our neighbors and to promoting a peaceful, safe, memorable experience for all our guests. You agree to refrain from any activities that would disrupt the peace of neighboring properties. In other words, no excessive noise, smells, lights…you get it.
9. Guests MUST shower off before entering the spa. We have an outdoor shower just for this purpose! No lotions, self-tanners, oils, dirt, or debris. There is an additional charge if we need to drain the jacuzzi after your checkout.
10. FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN:
-Jacuzzi Deep Clean: $150
-Unauthorized Late Check Out : $50 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.
-Smoking in Room/Common Area: $500 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit
-Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed.
-Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item
-Noise Complaints: Potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
-Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to the unit.
