Summary: Sparkling clean upstairs unit, very well designed to maximize space and comfort with thoughtful homey details. The patio & view of the bay and Coronado Bridge is very unique and iconic to SD. Close to Balboa Park and the Zoo, but you'll still need a car to get around to downtown. Only complaint is the neighborhood and on-street parking are sketchy and it can get loud in the evening/night.
