Little Palm Villa is a two story unit tucked away on the second floor of the Cedar Reef Villas offering expansive ocean views. Whether you’re looking for a small family vacation, a quiet getaway or a romantic weekend by the beach, this space has been thoughtfully planned for any occasion!
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the unit, each with their own private baths. The half bath is conveniently located in the living space on the main floor.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, including a washer and dryer.
The unit is equipped with smart guest home features! Control the thermostat & most plug-in lights throughout the home using the smart home display screens located in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Or, simply use voice commands by saying things like-"Turn on all of the lights". Connect to the smart home displays via Bluetooth to play your favorite music when lounging around!
In addition to the two community pools close by, this unit offers free access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club which includes a large resort pool (complete with kiddie pool), a playground, volleyball, 2 tennis courts, and a fitness center. Cast your line at several fishing spots located along Harbor Drive with an abundance of blue crab and redfish

-There are no elevators in the building- the villa is only accessible by stairs (18 to be exact)!
-All pools close Nov 1st - April 1st
-On our barrier island, high tide can swell to an average of 7-9 feet. At low tide, you may find that you will walk out about 100 yards to get to the ocean.
-Due to the shallow grade of our beach, there are small waves, great for cooling off & little ones! For the folks in your party that want to enjoy more surf, Hunting Island State park is just down the road- Open 7 days/week!
The Harbor Island Owners Association requires a gate pass to gain access to the private island. (1) complimentary gate pass is included with your stay.
-If you are bringing more than one vehicle an additional gate pass must be reserved in advance (we will help you with that!), after the booking is confirmed. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Fees for the additional vehicle pass are set by the Island and are subject to change.
