One of London’s oldest desirable neighbourhoods. Walk down Lambeth’s old town shopping-restaurant strip. Basement apartment features; living room with 50" TV and fireplace, full kitchen with bar seating for 3, two bedrooms, full washroom with a single all-in-one laundry unit. Entertainment package; unlimited fast WiFi, Amazon Prime Video, Cable Tv, streaming stick.
* Legal lower apartment with separate entrance. Backyard patio, left-side of driveway parking. Shared backyard. Extensive fire, safety and soundproofing work was done to provide the safest and most private spaces for our guests. Height under most ceilings is over 7 ft. Under bulkheads is 6' - 6'5". *
Hosts will provide yard maintenance including grass + snow/ice clearing, however with a minimal snowfall guests are provided a shovel and salt for their own use. The city will plow the main road.
Please note that starter products will be provided upon check-in, however longer stays are responsible for consumables. Backyard rules: please pick up after your pets.
