This is a 3 bedroom, 2 story, nicely decorated villa. The bedrooms are located upstairs and each has a closet, fan and AC. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom. The other two share a full bathroom. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, china, glassware, cutlery, utensils, etc. The dining room table can sit 6 persons and there is also a breakfast bar for two more people. The living room has a satellite TV. Off the dining room there is a nice private terrace with a grill and a nice small green area. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with a washer our guests can use.
