Stylish one bedroom apartment that has been beautifully appointed and has stunning views of the City from the private terrace. Located directly opposite Flemington Racecourse this property is an ideal base if you enjoy the races. However, if racing isn't your thing there is lots to do and with trams 350 metres away and trains 1 km away it is yours to explore.
This property is light & bright with a good sized living area including dining table & two chairs, couch, wall mounted Smart TV, split system heater/air conditioner & sliding doors leading to huge terrace boasting stunning City Views. There is a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, basically everything you will require for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a king size bed and built in robes plus a built in desk. The bathroom has a shower, vanity plus a laundry with washing machine & dryer included. All you need to bring is your clothes, it is a lovely place to call home.
You will have full access to the apartment plus all facilities in the block including:
- Outdoor terraces including deck chairs plus BBQ areas on level 19
- Pool & Gym on level 19
- Outdoor garden area on level 4
- Games Room
- There are pods on Level 3 that are available to hire through the building manager at an additional cost. These pods are fully decked out and look down the Flemington straight which is a perfect spot to sit and relax on race days (These pods are subject to availability)

It is a great place to explore the best that Melbourne has to offer. Transport (Trains/Trams) close-by as well as a short distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Flemington racecourse is directly opposite so take advantage of the location when you enjoy a day at the races!
There is one allocated space in the building plus additional free parking on the street, be mindful of time restrictions.
There is one secure under building carpark on level B3, half way down on the left hand side. The carpark height is 2100mm, there is also a storage locker in the carpark space so you enter the space driving forwards, no reverse parking. This apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is security access and a lift.
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs with Airbnb.
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
This property is in a large block so please be mindful of noise and be respectful of the neighbours. Guests are not to invite friends over, parties and smoking is also not allowed.
