House Rules:
● Must be at least 21 years old to rent.
● Must sign rental agreement. No 3rd party bookings. The name on booking must match person signing rental agreement.
● No Pets.
● No Smoking.
● No parties or large events. (Police will be called & rental will be terminated with No Refund.)
● This property requires a separate $100 security deposit hold to be collected separately 1 day before arrival. This will be a hold on your credit card, not a charge, and will be released after your stay assuming there are no damages/violations of rental agreement.
