Positive: Location was central and easy to find, kitchen was decently equipped. There were the typical head-scratch moments a few times while trying to find kitchen items, I don't think we ever found cloth kitchen towels and cloths and the layout was odd but functional, but this is all to be expected in a family friendly price. This was a very nice oasis to rest and relax with family in the evening after touring in Paris. Surprisingly quiet because it is in the middle of a courtyard!
Negative: There was a damaged faucet and a few wear-and-tear issues, though this didn't effect the function or our enjoyment of the space, and we didn't feel we had to worry about the kids just being kids and relaxing. Sometimes if something is scratched or damaged I worry that I'll be hassled after leaving and asked to pay for damage our group didn't cause. In this case it worked out fine - I just took photos when we arrived, and the hosts must have already known about the issues and didn't attribute them to us.
Summary: Convenient and quiet location to relax, close to transit and shops, great for family.
