We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Please note this studio is private suite attached to our home, and we live in the separate, main portion of the home with 1 dog named Marshall who's small and sweet.

-The windows you see in the photos by the couch are shared with our kitchen, but they are covered with curtains.
-If a day is unavailable for booking, that means another guest has claimed it; we do not black out any days.
