Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Apartment, minutes from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, grocery stores, Sunday Farmer’s Market, etc.
We're new hosts and super excited to begin having guests stay at our recently furnished guest space.
We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! Downtown Seattle is a quick drive/bus/water taxi away.
The space
Some highlights of the tiny house:
• Queen bed and pullout couch
• Bathroom includes a shower and bathtub (we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), toilet, a sink.
• The kitchen includes a full size fridge/freezer, electric stove, pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, mugs, eating and cooking utensils, etc.
• Storage in the bedroom closet and near the dining area.
• Backyard with picnic area and fire pit.
• Study/work desk.
A couple other things to note:
• Four people is the maximum occupancy of the space.
• The house is located on a main street in Ballard. However, it is very quiet and in a safe neighborhood!
Guest access
You'll have access to the lower unit of the house, accessible by keypad on the front door.
The neighborhood
Conveniently located near the heart of Ballard, there are breweries, restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station all within walking distance of the house. Downtown Ballard offers plentiful bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques to enjoy. In addition, you will be in close proximity to the Ballard Locks, Nordic Museum, and Golden Gardens beach.

We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our posted cancellation policy.
