Positive: Truly exceptional service, spotless clean, amazing host, great location, quiet, lovely flower garden, excellent kitchen supplies including an oven and blender, clean drinking water (very rare in Colombo!), good air-conditioning, great wifi, no electricity outages, near the beach and grocery store. I've traveled to 80+ countries and never stayed in a million places, and never had such great service. The doctor and his staff were so helpful and kind, ensuring the place had everything we needed and even added special touches like candles and lovely soaps. It has great energy and a wonderful, sophisticated book collection too!
Negative: Everything was truly amazing, no complaints!
Summary: I would highly, highly recommend Lotus Villa. Truly, outstanding experience, all around!
