Summary: We had a good stay at Lova Hotel Spa. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and we appreciated that clean, warm towels were always available by both the indoor and outdoor pools. The only thing that could be improved is the overall friendliness of the staff. Most employees seemed quite serious and rarely smiled, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. However, the young staff working near the spa and the outdoor pool were exceptionally kind and friendly, and their positive attitude was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again.
