3 Bedroom House in Hope-Cove, Hope Cove

With two double bedrooms and one twin room, the property sleeps six people comfortably and offers lots of living space so you can spend your holiday relaxing at the property as well as enjoying the nearby beaches and countryside. Set over two floors, downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining table. There’s also a lounge with a comfy seating, feature log burner (not in use) and TV. A twin bedroom and double bedroom are also located downstairs, along with the family bathroom. Meanwhile, upstairs you will find the master bedroom, as well as another bathroom complete with a bath, basin and WC.
Time spent outdoors is a key part of a holiday in the Hope Cove, so the garden at Sunnyside is a favourite feature. There’s a raised patio area which allows you to enjoy sea views while you cook on the barbecue and tuck into leisurely lunches thanks to the table and chairs provided.
PLEASE NOTE: travel cot and high chair available. WE PROVIDE BED LINEN BUT NOT TOWELS.
The access road to the property is very narrow. Small and medium cars will be able to access only. Other cars can use free on street parking before the entrance to the track or paid parking in the village.

Summary: We had a couple of problems checking in because we hadn't been sent a PIN code and we didn't have phone reception to phone the agent. Once we managed to contact them and get the PIN code, we were very pleased with the property. It is beautifully equipped and feels very homely. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, gorgeous views of the valley outside. The only slight issue was that we couldn't open 2 of the upstairs windows and it was very hot in the bedroom. (One did open). Also the garden wasn't really secure enough for our dogs (one of whom thinks he's Houdini). It could have done with better fencing. All in all, we loved it. It felt quite private as you aren't overlooked and the lane that runs down to it is quiet. Very convenient for the harbour.
