Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage; Im Schlafzimmer gibt es dazu einen Lüfter.
Es gibt 2 Einzelbetten (die ein Doppelbett bilden konnen), und ein Stockbett im Schlafzimmer und eine
Bequeme Schlafcouch (Doppelbett) im Wohnzimmer.
In der Kochecke gibt es alles Notwendige zum Kochen, dazu auch Mikrowellenherd und Induktionsherd.
Haustiere sind willkommen (aber nur wenn sie nicht laut sind!) Am Strand von Grado Pineta gibt es eine
Badeanstalt für Hunde ("Snoopy", gegen Gebühr). In einigen Badeanstalten wird kostenloser Internet-
Anschluss angeboten.
Von 13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr und von 22:00 bis 8:00 Uhr wird in der Hausordnung um Ruhe gebeten.
