On the first floor of the villa you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a terrace with garden furniture and another terrace with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a harmonious and modern living room and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed separated from the villa with his own entrance. In the yard you can find a beautiful terrace with a summer kitchen and an outdoor dining table for 10 people. There is also an exercise area in the courtyard of the villa equipped with a treadmill, weights and an exercise bicycle. The beautiful 12 x 5.5 m pool is equipped with massage jets and surrounded by 10 sun loungers. An outdoor electric grill and two parking spaces are also available to our guests. The courtyard of the villa is completely surrounded by a 2 m wall ensuring privacy and security. Additional features of the villa include a PlayStation, Nintendo Wii, exercise equipment, ping-pong, children's playground, bicycles, badminton.
