Positive: Nice peaceful apartment with a chilled ambiance. Many thoughtful additions such as selection of different teas and coffee, and even some sweets and biscuits.

Negative: Balcony is great, but could do with an umbrella to offer protection from the intense sun. We had to sit inside a few times to get out of the direct sunlight.
