-Arrivals after 20:00 (8 pm) must be announced in advance, otherwise the accommodation cannot be guaranteed and there is an extra charge of € 50.
For announced arrivals after 10 pm there is an extra charge € 20.00 and after midnight the extra charge is € 50.00.

On the spot there are free rental bicycles depended on availability and with a refundable deposit of € 150.
In the tourist village nearby (possibility to get there by a public bus), there are bars and restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, emergency doctor service, ice-cream shop, ATM and a laundromat. The shops run by local providers usually open from June to September.
Additional costs: (paid on spot)
- Daily expenses (per person per day): € 7.00 adults; € 3.50 children aged 3 - 11.99 y free of charge children aged 0-2.99 y. Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen, COURTESY KIT (products for the bathroom and kitchen), umbrella, bicycles (limited amount), Wi-Fi in common area (in front of the reception).
- Final cleaning: € 95.00
The kitchenette and kitchenware must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise, a supplement fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
- City tax: This tax, compulsory for Stintino, must be paid directly upon arrival to the village.
- Refundable damage deposit: € 200.00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, after checking that no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.

- Pets: admitted, no pets allowed in common areas; € 30 surcharge will be applied for an extra cleaning.

Public City Bus service is available from 7 am till midnight from June to October.
