Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: 1.Near convenience store. 2.Near Keisei Koiwa station, which is a small station, so there is no confusion about which side to get off. You can take a direct train to the NRT airport and there is an elevator inside the station. 3.There is a washing machine and the bathroom can be turned on to Dry mode to dry clothes. 4.There are kitchenware and a refrigerator.

Negative: 1.Small blanket. 2.The guest who stayed before us forgot the ice cream in the refrigerator, but the housekeeper didn't check and clean it. 3.The room is not soundproof so you can hear the train often. If you have difficulty sleeping, it may not be suitable. But it’s ok for me. 4.There are 3-4 rooms at same apartment but the room numbers are difficult to notice and may cause confusion and lead to the wrong room. 5.No elevator so you need to carry your luggage to upstairs by yourself.
