Enjoy your wonderful time at the perfect villa for your vacation or a quick getaway in Huntington Beach. This luxurious home has all you need for you to enjoy. Two huge living rooms, dining table for 8, basketball outdoor, pool, cornhole, outdoor grill, and a private access right to the park in the backyard. It is also a 5-minute drive or 13-minute bike ride to the beach. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is also super close to Meadowlark Golf Club. It is an amazing space to welcome you.
The space:
You found the perfect place for your vacation in Huntington Beach. Whether it is for your vacation, your family visit, your friend's get-together, or your quick getaway, our home is a perfect place for you to create a wonderful memory. This home has two massive living rooms with multiple seating areas both inside and outside for people to enjoy.
The house is very close to Sunset Beach. It is just a short drive or a quick bike ride.
When you first enter, you will find yourself in awe with a soaring high wooden ceiling and a beautiful view of the living room and the backyard. First, the living room has a back backyard pool view with a comfortable couch and two accent chairs. We have a dining table with space for eight people and a beautiful kitchen. It even has a wet bar for preparing your favorite cocktail.
Going through the kitchen in the back is the beautiful second huge living room with a 75-inch TV, a couch, and a couple of accent chairs. A space for breakfast and a great space for conversation or watching TV.
The master suite is huge with a connected massive bathroom. It has a king bed and a 65-inch TV.
Bedroom 1 on the left has a queen bed and a 65-inch TV.
Bedroom 2 on the right has two full beds.
Bedroom 3 on the right has a queen bed and a dedicated work desk.
The backyard has a pool, outdoor lounging space, corn hole game, and a basketball game.
The back is also connected to a park, so you can have a lot of green space for relaxing.
Guest access:
Guest have access to the whole house except the linen closet

Summary: The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. Also, the property is outdated and not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere. The pool area is not swept. Garbage left behind including crutches and a broken stroller? Overall felt like the property is neglected. I would not stay here again.
