3 Bedroom House in Al Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe
The city of SLT now regulates homeowners on how long they must rent their property for, which is 30 days. To meet this, I am charging for a 2-week stay and gifting the following 2 weeks to make a 30-day stay. We recently built this gorgeous home. Every room reflects the beauty of true craftsmanship by using exquisite stone, granite and Brazilian wood throughout the house. The gourmet kitchen and furniture make you want to vacation here yearly. The property is walking distance to the beach - right where they built the NEW AMPHITHEATER which hosts free live music every Thursday during the summer. The vast open Tahoe meadow with the winding Truckee River has a trail that starts two doors down. The mountain views standing in the meadow will take your breath away.

Stateline and Heavenly are only two miles from the house. It's a great location. It's hard to find a beautiful, new, custom vacation home so perfectly located in Tahoe. You are able to enjoy the quietness of the mountains, but be just a few minutes from the casinos, lake and Heavenly Ski Resort. Enjoy!!
