This brand new gorgeous lakefront home is our dream house. We built this home to share our personal design with friends and family. We have 5 bedrooms including 3 master suites, a queen suite, and a bunk room . All suites have a deck with an expansive view of beautiful Lake Oconee. in Reynolds . Very near the Ritz Carlton. There is also an elevator in the home which is very useful for luggage and people.
The main floor has a master suite with an incredible trending tub/shower steam room, a fireplace, double sink and vanity area. An open floorplan family room, dining room, kitchen with all new trending appliances, fireplace and TV. The outside decks have great spaces to sit and view the fabulous Lake Oconee. There is an outside covered area with a Weber gas grill for your use. The main floor also has one of the two laundry rooms, barn door pantry, and garage access.
The upper floor has 2 master suites with decks overlooking the lake and of course a TV. There is a loft with a daybed that can sleep 2 and a desk with laptop and printer available. Also on the floor is a UNIQUE media room. For our sports fans, we have 5 TV's, Direct TV included, huge couch, and 8 stadium movie seats. Each seat has USB access, cup holders, and electrically reclines. The most comfortable couch and chairs that you may fall asleep in at anytime!
The pool level floor has a queen murphy bed suite. including a full bath and TV. There is a bunk room with (2) twins over fulls over twins and a full shower/tub bath. Could actually sleep 8. Also an extra queen pull out bed available . An open plan living area with fireplace and built in bar with pass through to the pool. A full pool bath with shower and access from pool and from inside pool level. A second laundry room , pool towels provided ,a storage area for the kayaks and paddle board . There is an outside shower to rinse off from the lake.
There is a heated pool with connected jacuzzi and a gas fire pit all controlled remotely . There is also a wood burning fire pit in the backyard. There is a dock available to pull up boats, swimming, or other lake activities. Pontoon boats and jet skis can be rented from from off property marinas very near the house. Pontoons can be tied up to the dock for 48 hours at a time.
Renters will be required to submit names, and ages of all occupants that will be staying at the home. A list of guests that may visit must be supplied for security gate passes. No parties allowed. No smoking or pets allowed. We expect the property to be well cared for and we expect renters to be courteous and respectful of our neighbors and follow the Reynolds rules of no loud music after 10PM. Guests must leave the property in as good condition as you found it.
There is security service provided through the Reynolds properties. Reminder of the loud noise ordinance, no loud music after 10PM. No parking is allowed on the streets/roads. A picture of the driveway is posted with property photos . 1 cars can fit in garage, 6 cars can fit in driveway. No fireworks or guns allow. If security has to be called due to renters actions, the security deposit in full will be forfeited. If security is called a second time, immediate eviction from the house will occur.
Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM. Detailed house information will be sent prior to arrival and will be available at the house for review. Additional information such as local restaurants and activities to enjoy in the area will be included in the welcome packet. Details regarding home access will be provided just before check in.
Heating the pool or jaccuzi/fire pit can be arranged. They are heated by propane. If this option is desired, the gas used for heating the pool/jacuzzi will be a separate deposit charge.?
