Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver! Located just a short walk from Rogers Arena and BC Place Stadium, this is the perfect spot for sports fans, concert goers, and anyone looking to create memorable experiences while in Vancouver. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable beds, and amazing building amenities. We are excited to host you!
The space has all new furnishings, and is perfect for families or multiple couples coming to the city. Each bedroom has a queen bed, side tables, and clothing storage. The first bathroom has a freestanding tub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

My apartment is easily accessible by car or local transit. Only a two minute walk from Stadium Skytrain Station, and a 15 minute walk from Waterfront Station (Seabus). There is a parking stall allocated for 1 vehicle during your stay. Any additional vehicles can find paid street parking regularly.
No smoking anywhere on the property, off property only. No parties, no drugs, no additional guests without notifying us. No pets please. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.
